Project description
General public: experts from practice and students in educational / research institutions will gain modern knowledge and experience in effective cooperation with companies, the media will gain information in the field of innovation and creativity and the effectiveness of the use of Value Analysis.
- SMEs: need the support of research institutions in creating an innovative environment and using the Value Analysis method, as well as highly qualified staff. They also need cooperation and networking with related companies.
- Research institutions engaged in basic and applied research and education in innovation management methods. Networking allows for faster, more transparent and systematic development of the method.
- Regions (Styria, Podravska, Pomurje, Carinthia, Savinska) on both sides of the border they need more even development compared to more developed industrial areas and gain the opportunity to improve social stability.
- Supporting organizations: act as a mechanism for effective transfer of knowledge into practice - SMEs and to successfully support the method they need knowledge with methodology, and they themselves upgrade the use of transferred knowledge and their own experience into a successful application of research.

The direct beneficiaries of the project are:
- Research institutions: ECM in Slovenia and IITF in Austria (further development of the method).
- SMEs: 24 selected pilot firms: 12 in Slovenia and 12 in Austria (method application).
- 1000 organizations in Austria and Slovenia, which will get acquainted with the method through the dissemination of news, guidelines and transfer of documents from the online platform.
