Starting points and goals
The service included the introduction of the FMEA method in the company. The advice was to familiarize employees with the FMEA method, which helps to achieve reliability or optimal life of a particular element or system, which first focuses our attention on critical points that need to be repaired, and then indicates the appropriate measures to implement .
Method and princip of work
Training of employees (12 participants) for working with the method and moderating the working group and making a practical example was carried out.
Participants learned about the method and are trained to independently implement the FMEA method on products and processes in production. The inclusion of the method in the work processes is a mandatory component of cooperation with clients or. customers, as the method helps to improve production processes and ensures a successful business process with optimal product design and manufacturing technology. An example of product-specific analysis was prepared with the participants for a Porsche customer, which was an introduction to the introduction of the use of the FMEA method in all processes. As a result, the company also gained more customers and orders and increased the reliability of business processes.
